Heart Disease is the Silent Killer of Both Men and Women

Sometimes you don't even realize you have a Health Problem that may result in a Heart Attack or Worse ~ DEATH   

My Family has a history of High Blood Pressure ~  Heart Disease/Heart Attacks

And

Death  

Yes' that's right Heart Disease has a lot to do with Genetics.

Not a lot  of my friends know this about me but I have had High Blood Pressure since I was 17 Years old and have been on Numerous Blood Pressure Medicines through the Years

I'm a Petite Woman and have never been over weight but I have High Blood Pressure.

A real contributing factor of Heart Disease is eating Un-Healthy Foods and not Exercising ~ which I have to say has always been several of my down-falls  

I have had two Heart Attacks ~ 

One in March 2007 

and  

The other in December of 2015

Both almost led to Death and now I'm the proud Owner of 4 Stents........

I didn't and maybe could have prevented my First Heart Attack...

I had not been feeling well for about 2 weeks prior to my Heart Attack...

Some of my symptoms were :

Both Sides of my Neck Hurt

Back Hurt

Shoulders Hurt

Bad Headache

Very Tired

These were my Symptoms' ~ it's different for everyone and also different for every Heart Attack you might experience.

And YES my Second Heart Attack had different Symptoms........

I will not bore you with the details  of both Heart Attacks.......

I simply want to tell you all ~ to listen to what your Body tells you and go to a Doctor when you feel differently than you usually do...

ALL IT TAKES IS LISTENING TO YOUR BODY

GOING TO THE DOCTOR 

AND TAKING THE MEDICATIONS YOU ARE PRESCRIBED
